The Four Agreements In German

by Brian on October 11, 2021

The word is so powerful that a word can change a life or destroy the lives of millions of people. A few years ago, a man in Germany manipulated an entire country of the smartest people using this word. He led them into a world war with the force of his word. He convinced others to commit the most cruel acts of violence. It activated people`s fear with the word, and like a big explosion, there were killings and war all over the world. All over the world, people were destroying others because they were afraid of everyone. Hitler`s word, based on terrified beliefs and agreements, will be remembered for centuries. The best way to use these tools to break old agreements and habits: after the dissolution of the Soviet Union in December 1991, the command unit of the Soviet group of Soviet forces in Germany of the Russian Federation prevailed. The Federal Government then recognized the Russian Federation`s claim as the successor state to the Soviet Union, including the right to maintain troops in Germany until the end of 1994. However, with post-Soviet Russia in serious economic difficulties, President Boris Yeltsin ordered reducing the deployment of Russian troops to Germany to a level significantly lower than that allowed by the treaty.

The last Russian troops left Germany at the end of August 1994, four months before the contract was concluded. On August 2, 1945, the Potsdam Agreement, proclaimed at the end of the Potsdam Conference, agreed, among other things, on the first conditions under which the Allies of World War II were to govern Germany. A temporary German-Polish border, known as the Oder-Neisse Line, theoretically assigned most of Germany`s eastern provinces to Poland and the Soviet Union as part of this “provisional border”. The German population in these areas was either displaced or killed. These agreements were provisional and the agreement provided that the situation would be concluded by “a peace settlement for Germany, which shall be accepted by the German Government if an appropriate government was set up for this purpose” (Potsdam Agreement 1.3.1). Parts of these agreements have been the subject of controversy from several sources, for example.B. Churchill`s comment on “the Polish goose too much to fill” (by the German countries). The general “German question” became one of the most important and decisive issues of the long-standing Cold War, and until the late 1980s little progress had been made in forming a single German government sufficient to reach a final agreement.

This meant that Germany, in some ways (largely, but not only technically), was not violating full national sovereignty. Cohen claimed in 2005 that it was promised that NATO would never expand eastward again,[10] but according to Robert Zoellick, then a U.S. State Department official involved in the Two Plus Four negotiation process, it appears to be an error of judgment; No such formal obligation has been made. [11] On May 7, 2008, in an interview with the British newspaper The Daily Telegraph, former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev stated that such a commitment had been made: however, in a 2014 interview, Gorbachev turned around saying that the issue of “NATO enlargement” as such was “not discussed at all, while he claimed that the decision to extend NATO to the East is a “violation of the spirit of the declarations”. and the assurances made to us in 1990.” [13] Germany pledged to reduce its armed forces to no more than 370,000 men, 345,000 of whom were not to be in the army and air force.
